I had such a wonderful experience enjoying a Sunday Carvery at this hotel, and it's located just steps from the Fivemiletown Library, making it easy to take a stroll and soak in the charm of the area.

Noise from the main road is an annoyance!!! Event space disorganization during peak gatherings could use improvement!!!

What a fantastic night! The food was stellar, especially the Ulster fry, and the staff went above and beyond for us. The ambiance was so inviting. I'll definitely return!

I loved the warm welcome we received from the staff, who made us feel right at home! The Sunday Carvery was a culinary delight, with generous portions and a huge variety of delicious desserts, including an ice cream bar that was a hit with my family....  

Ask about the impressive dessert selection in the restaurant. it's a delightful way to end your meal.

I had an amazing getaway here! The highlight was definitely the fantastic food options, especially the veggie choices. Only downside was a little noise from the road outside. Can't wait to visit again! 🌟

The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Diane, who made us feel at home right away. The food in the Grill bar was excellent, especially with all the veggie options for me, and my husband had this massive steak...

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in a Double Room. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel welcome, and the food was truly outstanding, especially the varied breakfast options and delicious evening meals. The cleanliness of the room and facilities was impressive as well. the shower pressure could use some improvement for an even better experience.

Excellent food served with attention to detail.

We had booked a twin room, but it was so cramped that we could barely move between the beds. It was infuriating to notice other guests enjoying larger spaces with sofas and complimentary bottled water. When we asked the reception about it, they rudely told us that if we had booked directly, we would have received an upgrade. For what we paid, I expected at least the basics to be met, and it was incredibly disappointing.

The stay included a stunning meal with an excellent range of salads. The ambiance was nice, making dining enjoyable. service was noticeably slow, with long waits for drinks and attention from staff. There were times when the young team seemed distracted, prioritizing personal conversations over customer needs. This affected the overall experience despite the high quality of food served.

The parking area could use better signage, making it easier to navigate.

The food was top-notch, especially the Sunday Lunch, but the noise from traffic at the front of the hotel disrupted my sleep. the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, creating a friendly atmosphere. Just be sure to request a quieter room at the back next time!
